The trek is organised over five days to ensure acclimatisation and gradual adaptation to the type of terrain and temperature exposure.
The route is the original one, and short detours can be included to fully enjoy the unique and scenic views that the coast has in store.
We walk along paths traced by shepherds, charcoal burners' mule tracks, do short stretches of climbing and rope abseiling, all enriched by traditional Sardinian tales.
La additional day spectacular reserves abseiling on the sea and a visit to the Fig Cave is possible (depending on the days and opening times of the cave). The return trip on the sixth day is planned by dinghy, sea conditions permitting.
